Our pool is heated and we are ecstatic to provide a full pool experience for our guests year round. Here are a few details regarding the use of the pool: Pool Heating & Use Policy • The pool heater is available year round and there is a fee of $25/day to maintain a temperature between 75–80°F. This will be submitted as an additional fee after booking. • From September to May, the pool may be heated to 80–85°F at an additional cost of: - $150 for stays of 3 days or less, or - $300 for stays of 3–7 days. • This charge must be arranged prior to check-in and is non-refundable unless there is a documented issue with the heater. • If any issue with the pool heater arises during the stay that cannot be promptly resolved, a refund of the additional heating fee paid (up to the amounts listed above) may be issued at the Owner/Agent’s discretion. • Use of the pool, hot tub, and all outdoor amenities is at the Guest’s sole risk. • The Owner/Agent shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or losses resulting from use of the pool, hot tub, or any other property feature. • Children must be supervised at all times when using amenities. No glassware is allowed in or near the pool/spa area. • Messing with the pool heater may result in a fine for tampering up to $500 and any issue caused will be billed to the guest for repairs.
