Please be mindful of our guests at our Studio property. While we have separated these out as much as possible there may be others close by. The property is not suited for events and therefore we don’t allow those unless these locations are booked together. There is a pet fee per pet of $150 per stay. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be secured when not in your presence. There is a smoking fine of up to $500 if any evidence of smoking anything in the studio is discovered. This may include discovery of ash, refuse or smell by our cleaning team or other management staff.
